Charter PB Fungicide Seed Treatment

Take control of seed- and soil-borne Fusarium

Charter® PB fungicide seed treatment can overcome some of the toughest seed fungus problems facing wheat and barley growers, helping to net higher yields by promoting faster emergence and more vigorous growth. This innovative liquid seed treatment controls true loose and covered smut in barley and loose smut and common bunt in wheat as well as seed- and soil-borne seed rots, seedling blights and damping off. And because it’s a ready-to-use liquid formulation that requires no dilution or additional colorant, Charter® PB is specifically intended for on-farm application.

Mode of Action

Charter PB works on contact and systemically through vascular translocation. Charter is absorbed by the germinating seed through the coleoptile and young roots. Charter PB is moderately persistent and has a low leaching potential, which enables the soil to act as a reservoir to feed the plant with fungicide.
