Mode of ActionCharter works on contact and systemically through vascular translocation. Charter is absorbed by the germinating seed through the coleoptile and young roots. Charter is moderately persistent and when applied as an ST, it has a low leaching potential, which enables the soil to act as a reservoir to feed the plant with fungicide.
